Crab Blog
The good news came today. Blue Crab, my mosaic of blue shards, was selected by a company called KPMG LLC (I think it's the same company, but I'm not sure!). So after I send all the paperwork off to the Crabtown people, I will be able to pick up a check for half and the gargantuan crab.
If you would like to follow along on our adventures—the crab and me—you may do so at A Crab's Life, where I'll post pictures of each step. It's a perfect opportunity for folks who want to learn easy, pique assiette mosaics.

I am rather offended, as the crab is a far inferior creature in comparison to the crawfish. I hope this is rectified next year.

Ain't you from Lousy-ana? :) Well, honey, Maryland is for crabs. Or so they say. Maybe through all your travels this summer, you can come visit my crab and me.

Or, as I've always asked, if Virginia is for lovers, how come Maryland is for crabs?
