i did a post on my blog which i had to delete after my husband got relly annoyed in case his colleagues saw it. it was quoting my son saying (about my husband's work colleagues) "if your lady teachers heard you saying the f-word so much they would give you the sack".
First, thanks for leaving a comment and compliment on my blog- your blogs (!) are great and I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time here Monday (Sundays are supposed to be computer-free). . . beautiful poem, beautiful photo. . . funny sounds.
uff- forgot to explain the poem swap. A man I know (a novice poet)writes a poem and I find a phrase or line that sparks my imagination and write one in return. We're supposed to do one a day weekdays. It's been well over a year now. We don't critique each other- it's just a way to prime the pump and create a bit of raw material. It works pretty well!
LOL.....that is SO true! Hannah asked me once why I always talk to her in my "fake voice" when her friends are over. Certainly gave me soemthing to think about.
