What's in Your Lunch Box Today?

Yesterday, I sent my daughter to school with a rat in her lunch box. I've taken a liking to the creatures, too. I work for Johns Hopkins, and I'm about to depart—green eyeliner on my lips, red lipliner on my eyes, snakes in my hair, and rats—for the snakes' lunch—around my neck. I know the folks in the software training section, where I work, have a sense of humor. I hope I don't get sent home for unprofessional attire; we never got around to discussing costumes.

Happy Halloween to all my favorite ghouls and guys! And locals, don't forget the blogger happy hour at Dizzy Izzy's, Wednesday at 6:00, when we'll have a guest from Delaware, the cookie-making Becky, from NPR Junky, who's been baking up some chocolate orgasms for the occasion.

A rat in the lunch box! Very nice, you have to keep those kids on their toes.
